Required

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software design, management information systems, engineering or a related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Microsoft Certifications with job experience preferred

Five (5) years minimum technical experience in Microsoft Office 365; Microsoft Core Infrastructure (Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy, ADFS); Microsoft Messaging (Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013/2019);Microsoft Virtualization (Hyper-V and/or App-V); Microsoft Windows 10 Desktop Deployment (Windows 10, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Windows Deployment Services); Microsoft System Center (SCCM, SCOM, SCSM, SCVVM); Microsoft SharePoint 2003/2007/2010/2013; Teams / OCS; SQL Server

Progressive experience in technical solutions development using Microsoft platforms with extensive experience in design, architecture, and deployment of messaging solutions in Office 365

Experience in solutions consulting spanning full-lifecycle technical leadership from requirements gathering through to implementation, transition, and operations

Previous Architect experience highly preferred

Experience with PowerShell

Preferred

Other preferred training or certifications include Exchange Ranger training, Microsoft Certified Architect, Office 365 MCSA, MCSE: Messaging, MCM Exchange Responsible for adherence to applicable regulations in daily activities and work processes

Experience with MS Teams Voice and a good understanding and exposure to Microsoft enterprise services frameworks and practices preferred
