Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day inventory management support for all transactions

Complete inventory transactions such as receipts, workorders, scrap and spoilage, and warehouse transfers in Sage Intacct

Monitor kitted inventory levels and identify kitting needs

Create work orders for warehouses and monitor progress to completion

Coordinate third-party cycle counts to understand discrepancies and hold warehouse providers accountable to SOPs

Ensure proper addition of new products into Intacct and warehouse systems

Work closely with the internal logistics team to support inventory needs for large orders

Assist with researching inventory levels in Intacct and compare to warehouse inventory to identify discrepancies and determine root cause

Assist in reconciliations with third-party warehouses, printers, and shippers and maintain an accurate inventory balance in internal accounting systems

Effectively build and maintain strong business relationships with warehouse third parties

Strong communication skills, knowledge of Excel, Smartsheet, Intacct, and Salesforce helpful
