Responsibilities
Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains
Conduct data analysis and performance assessments to quantify process improvements, validate outcomes and drive reapplication
Lead and/or assist in the design, testing and implementation of process improvements, including equipment upgrades/changes, changes in SOP’s, and workflow adjustments.
Participate in root cause analysis leveraging GPS tools to identify process inefficiencies, defects, and deviations from quality standards, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
Support the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to ensure consistent and sustainable process execution.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, quality and maintenance to ensure smooth and sustainable implementation of process improvements.
Engage in continuous learning and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process optimization, continuous improvement, and engineering methodologies.
Contribute and/or develop regular process reports and communicate findings, challenges, and successes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset towards identifying and addressing process inefficiencies
Solid understanding of process engineering principles and familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Ability to drive multiple concurrent assignments to completion
