Responsibilities

Project assignments including on-site representation of client.
Construction administration and management of project documentation.
Cost estimating and scheduling.
Plan review and support of senior project engineers.
Construction inspection.
Review of project records, schedules, and as-built construction for change orders and extension requests.
Apply techniques and analyze for problems and methods.
Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Receive training, participate in company activities, and perform administrative duties.
Other duties as assigned.

Required

Construction work experience or construction administration support experience preferred
Experience in sectors such as federal, state, municipal, K-12 education, water/wastewater, higher education, campus, civil/site, laboratory facilities, transportation, ports, or marina projects
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Bluebeam
Ability to read and interpret architectural engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
Knowledge of engineering principles of construction management and project controls
Knowledge of one of the following services: critical path method (CPM) scheduling, cost estimating, constructability and design review, inspection, and quality management
Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and their applications
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
Possess OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour certification or obtain within three months of hire
Be a United States citizen

Preferred

Some knowledge or familiarity with electronic project management information, controls, and reporting management system platforms
Supervisory experience in technical/administrative roles
