Responsibilities
Cultivates relationships with new clients and secures new contracts throughout the year.
Guides the complete sales cycle from the "Initial Opportunity" phase to a "Closed Won" status.
Utilizes various direct methods such as cold-calling, face-to-face meetings, and industry networking to prospect potential customers.
Offers sales volume forecasts for relevant time periods, presenting best-case and most likely scenarios.
Conducts customer presentations, submits opportunities, manages activity reports, and actively contributes to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Establishes and nurtures a robust sales pipeline to either meet or surpass sales targets.
Develops and retains a functional understanding of the company's products, services, and operations.
Collaborates closely with operations managers to foster cooperative relationships and ensure the fulfillment of all customer requirements.
Records sales data in the CRM system or other designated sales call software provided by the company.
Achieves or surpasses the sales threshold/quota as defined by the company.
Engages collaboratively with other sales and operational staff to foster a team-selling environment.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Word and Excel), internet, web-based and job specific software applications required.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve required results.
Must have strong persuasive and negotiating skills.
Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly to sales and service issues.
Effective planning and organization skills required to schedule appointments appropriately and to meet reporting deadlines.
A valid state issued driver’s license required, acceptable driving record required, and proof of automobile insurance required.
