Responsibilities
Drive implementation of a comprehensive online marketing strategy in partnership with key stakeholders geared towards driving direct revenue, lead generation, customer acquisition and customer retention with a focus on driving data
Ensure consistency of UX and brand experience on all devices (mobile, tablet and desktop) in conjunction with style guides and best practices.
Identify growth opportunities and emerging media trends. Pilot new tactics
Develop and maintain testing strategy and roadmap
Create UX wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups
Own and be the resident marketing expert, leveraging testing tools for A/B & multivariate testing
Perform hands-on, end-to-end development and QA of all website experiments within Monetate
Analyze testing results and interpret data in an understandable way to communicate results, findings and next steps to the organization;
Drive projects thru to completion, manage deliverables from outside vendors;
Provide ongoing site QC testing to ensure quality site releases;
Use website analytics, database research & statistics platforms to improve UX/UI and conversion performance on company’s websites
Use user session tracking /recording to gain insights into the user experience and provide optimization suggestions
Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to evaluate performance against forecast
Collaborate with web development and design and Front-End Engineering to offer UX/UI recommendations and fine-tune designs
Continually expand your proficiency in digital marketing disciplines, such as ecommerce, UI/UX, onsite merchandising, A/B testing, HTML and more
Participate in a variety of digital content development and online marketing initiatives
Manage projects and deliver results in a timely manner
Perform any and all other duties as required

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business or related business discipline required
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track-record of developing and implementing UX/UI strategies
5+ years’ experience designing and optimizing UI for multiple form factors (mobile/tablet/desktop)
High-level familiarity with ecommerce & CMS platforms, Magento and WordPress knowledge preferred
Expert user of site testing tools such as Monetate (strongly preferred) or Optimizely
Experience with web analytical tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
In-depth understanding of digital UX/UI best practices
High/Intermediate knowledge of CSS, HTML, Dynamic HTML and JavaScript
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Proficient project management skills
Experience with user session tracking / recording tools such as HotJar and LuckyOrange
A team player with the ability to work independently
Analytical and comfortable working with data
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and proficiency with technical tools and systems
A knowledge & passion for commerce/shopping trends and delivering a best-in-class user experience to our consumers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively integrate with key stakeholders across the company and various business units
Ability to move quickly while juggling multiple projects
Preferred
High-level familiarity with ecommerce & CMS platforms, Magento and WordPress knowledge preferred
