Responsibilities

Developing systems and business models to reflect current and future business needs.

Assessing and tracking key performance indicators and performing trend analysis for forecasting.

Preparing annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts.

Reviewing historical results to determine business trends and influences.

Analyzing historical trends for forecasts, preparing actual vs. budget schedules, and monitoring departmental expenses.

Participating in ad-hoc financial and operational analyses.

Checking work/reports for accuracy and striving towards error-free reporting.

Performing other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or similar field.

2+ years experience as a Financial Analyst

2+ years experience in FP&A, Accounting or Management Consulting roles

2+ years experience business concepts and financial statements.

2+ years experience with financial modeling.

Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.

Proficiency with Oracle Fusion, PBCS or similar experience with the modules of large complex enterprise wide ERP.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal, communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management & the capacity to work on his/her initiative.

Strong presentation skills with ability communicate complex information in a simplified manner.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment under short timelines and changing priorities.

Ability to juggle competing priorities.

Reliability and positive attitude are essential.
