Responsibilities

Participate in implementation-requirement gathering, Salesforce Customization, Salesforce Configuration testing, and user training.

Customization in Salesforce Integration may extend to other systems either add on or user interface.

Validate system designs across projects to ensure development is in synthesis with other systems used by the company.

Drive system configuration and deployment activities, understand opportunities and challenges within the current environment, and look for ways to improve the current use of Salesforce within the organization.

Develop prototype solutions based on high-level customer requirements and data migration programs.

Engage with the business team to define solution design to address key implementation objectives.

Bachelor's degree
