Responsibilities

Develop proficiency in AgileAssets application across products and services offering, focusing on specific domains used by assigned clients.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty by anticipating and preventing issues, and orchestrating resolutions when necessary.
Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews outlining client initiatives to increase happiness, adoption, and best-in-class software use.
Increase customer product adoption through regular upgrades and related tasks.
Take accountability for stewardship, relationship management, revenue retention, renewals, and account expansion.
Participate in marketing events, conferences, roadshows, and promote networking within the client community.
Travel up to 20% if needed.

Required

Degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science or related field. MS in Transportation Engineering preferred
2-4 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company is highly preferred
Knowledge and/or experience on transportation systems in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Maintenance, pavement, bridges, fleet, safety and/or facility management
Strong technical acumen, with database programming skills strongly preferred
Excellent relationship development, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (Consulting skills)
Proven customer service capabilities, including expectation setting and management
Positive attitude and aptitude to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter, energetic and motivated contributor
Capable of establishing credibility, motivating others, instilling accountability, and achieving results

Preferred

MS in Transportation Engineering
Knowledge and/or experience on transportation systems in one or more of the following areas: Maintenance, pavement, bridges, fleet, safety and/or facility management
Strong technical acumen, with database programming skills
Travel up to 20% if needed
