Responsibilities
Leads the marketing development effort from concept to commercialization for new products
Participates in project teams, acquires product information through market research, and ensures projects meet market needs
Collaborates with internal and external groups on design, packaging, labeling, regulatory claims, and more
Maintains a high level of product category knowledge through market research and industry interactions
Owns major brands or sub-segments of the portfolio and cultivates strategies at brand/sub-segment levels
Defines clear messaging for brands/sub-segments and clinical evidence plans
Formulates strategic marketing plans based on market needs and financial trends
Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to promote Zimmer brands

Required
B.A./B.S. required, preferably including formal studies in Business or Engineering
A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience required, prior internship/co-op within medical device preferred.
Preferred
Familiarity with Zimmer Biomet products, procedures, and promotions preferred
Orthopaedic experience is preferred.
Experience in both Sales and Commercial Marketing is preferred.
