Responsibilities

Collaborate with various marketing stakeholders in the creative development process.

Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders to understand goals and recommend optimizations.

Manage omnichannel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.

Coordinate distribution communication through various channels.

Create and deploy event marketing strategies in support of distribution efforts.

Provide support for events across different distribution channels.

Participate in cross-functional teams for marketing and enterprise projects.

Act as the first level support in the copywriting review process.

Maintain communication with external stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

4+ years of product marketing experience

2+ years of experience with marketing & CRM tools

Experience in content management, creative writing, and digital marketing

Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through with cross-functional internal teams and external organizations

Understanding of methods, principles, and practices of marketing, advertising, and branding

Experience in content management systems (Wordpress), event management systems (CVENT), and email and marketing automation platforms is a plus (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Twilio)

Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
