Responsibilities

Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible technical projects in service of the team’s mission of expanding the consumer product suite and platform capabilities

Coordinate across information security teams, engineering teams, and non-engineering stakeholders through the full project lifecycle to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners

Understand information security frameworks, technical implementation at the architecture level, and propose security/technical alternatives

Work closely with leads and partners in Security, Product, Engineering, Design, Infrastructure (Cloud Native), Operations, and Analytics to map out strategies and roadmaps

Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders, and engage the project teams to achieve goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; advanced certifications such as CISSP or CISM is a plus

8-10 years of proven experience managing information security programs, such as; risk assessments, vulnerability management, platform and product security

Knowledgeable about implementing metrics to effectively manage and evaluate the progress and success of programs

Remain up-to-date with the latest threat landscape and be aware of new vulnerabilities/risks that could potentially impact the product/platform

Skilled at working with diverse teams to plan strategies, experienced in successfully launching software projects, and excellent at communicating clearly

Preferred

Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus
