Responsibilities
Incident response and auditing of core network and telecommunications systems.
Report generation and root cause analysis using network management tools.
Capacity usage analysis and bandwidth projection for school sites.
Coordination of version updates and routine changes to network systems.
Documentation of operational changes and participation in cross-functional team meetings.
Assistance with core network upgrades and technical training for lower-level staff.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in data communications, network engineering, computer science, or related field.
Four years of experience supporting large-scale network infrastructures, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
Valid California Driver License and access to an automobile.
One of the following certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP), or equivalent.
Preferred
Experience with wired, wireless, and convergence services.
Proficiency in integrating multivendor voice services and utilizing data analytic tools.
Ability to automate processes through scripting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN internetworking, VoIP, Cisco and Aruba technologies, and network analysis tools.
