Responsibilities

Technical writing skills using strong communication skills.

Working with distribution system modeling software platforms: InfoWater, WaterGEMS, H2OMap, EPANET, SWMM / PCSWMM and InfoWorks

Work with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, or relational database management software (such as MS-Access, SQL Server, or Oracle)

Work with MS-Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Design treatment facilities, pipelines, and pumping and storage facilities and/or collection systems and combined systems.

Required

BA/BS + 4 years of related experience of modeling and design of water/wastewater treatment facilities and distribution systems or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred

Master’s Degree.

Experience leading modeling aspects of projects and/or mentoring junior staff.

Experience in one or more of the following hydraulic transient modeling software platforms: Hammer, InfoSurge, Impulse, WANDA.

Experience with marketing/proposal development specific to the preparation of technical approaches and estimated levels of effort for the modeling aspects of a project.

Experience with programming skills in Visual Basic, Python, C++, MatLab

Experience with other modeling areas (collection systems, receiving waters, CFD).
