Responsibilities

Work with site engineering & maintenance resources to develop project scope and objectives.

Follow project front-end loading process and identify project phases and design requirements.

Develop project estimates including equipment, construction, and commissioning cost.

Perform project financial analysis.

Provide leadership to bring the project through the approval process.

Coordinate project Mechanical, Process & Electrical design with in-house and contracted resources.

Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.

Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and adhering to the plan and schedule.

Control project costs by monitoring purchases, construction, and commissioning costs.

Assist with providing daily construction management support.

Maintain project design and commissioning documentation.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline required.

Minimum of 2 years relevant project engineering experience.

Industrial plant experience in chemical processing preferred.

Good communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).

Good interpersonal and Conflict Resolution Skills with the ability to influence managers, peers, and maintenance team.

Ability to utilize other software tools as appropriate SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint).
