Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end life cycle for devices such as laptops, desktops, and thin clients.
Handle hardware and network troubleshooting, as well as the installation and support of the Microsoft platform.
Provide support for new hire onboarding and end user off-boarding.
Handle PC fulfillment, including new purchases, repairs, and asset management.
Manage software provisioning and installation requests, as well as new printer configurations and miscellaneous services such as return labels.
Asset inventory management (New Device Asset/Import/Physical Stocking).
PC Diagnostics & Sanitation, recycle pickup requests from end users.
Walkup, Deskside, and Remote technical support.
AV Meeting Room support.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good knowledge of desktop operating systems and ability to troubleshoot issues.
Experience in managing VIP clients.
