Responsibilities

Define and deliver self-service performance advertising products to drive discovery and sales.

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Advertiser Account Management including Registration and granular Access Control.

Build Tier-1 services to handle millions of requests per day with strict SLA requirements.

Develop distributed solutions with service-oriented architecture to handle massive datasets and high performance platforms.

Drive appropriate technology choices, lead continuous innovation, and shape the future of e-commerce.

Work collaboratively with Principal engineers, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the growth of the team.

Contribute to the growth of the advertising business with a direct impact on Amazon's vision and revenue impact.

Required

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred

3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
