Responsibilities
Build and lead the program, driving strategy and operational performance on all components related to the program.
Create a business plan on how to find capacity and leverage existing brokerage relationships to bring the program to profitability.
Liaise with company owners and partners to ensure mutual understanding and review progress of the program.
Develop program-specific policies and procedures.
Handle the creation of rates and take care of all filings/forms specific to the program.
Provide guidance and coaching on underwriting best practices related to the respective market.

Required
Bachelors degree required.
5+ years of experience in program management, underwriting, and/or underwriting leadership.
Previous experience building, developing and managing underwriting Programs.
Strong industry relationships you can leverage to help secure capacity & distribution networks.
