Responsibilities
Drive technical product management through all phases of the product development lifecycle.
Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate product vision and roadmap into technical strategies and execution plans. Drive alignment on technical priorities and trade-offs to achieve business objectives.
Drive end-to-end program management for complex, cross-functional initiatives, establishing clear timelines and accountability, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery; communication with stakeholders is instrumental. The ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously is required.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across product management, engineering, design, and other functional teams. Effectively communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to diverse audiences, including executives.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development and product management. Leverage technical expertise to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, architecture, or related areas. Proficiency in modern software development methodologies and tools.
Robust analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership ability, with experience leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Experience in technical product management through all phases of the product development lifecycle.
Experience in strategic planning, translating product vision and roadmap into technical strategies and execution plans.
Experience in stakeholder management, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders across product management, engineering, design, and other functional teams.
