Handling various type of larcenies such as: investment and confidence schemes, embezzlements, frauds against the government, and other cases handled by the Frauds Bureau
Work extensively with law enforcement in drafting complex financial search warrants
Regularly engage in public speaking events to educate the public on trending scams
Qualification
Required
J.D. degree
Active member of the New York State bar in good standing
Experience in handling all aspects of a criminal investigation and prosecution
Excellent writing skills and experience drafting search warrants
Grand jury and felony jury trial experience
Extensive knowledge of New York Penal and Criminal Procedure Laws
Extensive knowledge of the various theories of larceny
Experience analyzing financial records
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
United States citizenship
New York State residency
