Responsibilities

Manage a book of business containing athenahealth's Platform customers, providing technical management consulting and strategic advice

Maintain partnerships to enhance capabilities and evolve offerings to meet market demands

Develop long-term relationships as a strategic advisor for customers across business, leadership, and technical staff

Execute expert-level program management including timeline management, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and deliverables

Scope interoperability needs, provide technical documentation, and offer problem-solving support for customer success

Act as a subject matter expert in athenahealth product functionality, interoperability, and healthcare workflows

Required

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required, advanced degree a plus

Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in professional services or management consulting

Demonstrated ability to lead complex technology and/or healthcare engagements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities

Strong collaborator with successful track record of working in a heavily matrixed organizational structure

Demonstrated ability to successfully lead conversations from the deeply technical to C-level strategy

Preferred

Ability to travel up to 25%, when necessary (not consistently)
