Responsibilities
Analyzes data output from various sources, identifies trends, and develops forecasts.
Develops reports using Business Intelligence tools like Business Objects, Tableau, and SQL.
Schedules production reports using business scheduling software.
Supports user training, testing, documentation, and roll-out of reports and end-user reporting tools.
Works with departments to identify data needs and create tools and reports for process improvement.
Provides technical support to end users and resolves technical problems.
Monitors external entity requests for HealthPlan data and ensures proper information security.
Tracks and resolves reported problems in a timely manner.
Serves as a subject matter expert, assisting users with reporting and analysis activities.
Designs and develops reporting infrastructure using SQL Server technologies and BI reporting tools.

Required
Associate degree in computer related field
Minimum five (5) years of experience with proficiency in an automated environment
Proficient in Business Intelligence software, databases, and business scheduling software
Outstanding attention to detail
Valid California driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance compliant with PHC policy
Effective written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments, maintain effective filing systems, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Ability to use good judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information
Preferred
Some IT or Finance experience
Familiarity with some other database application
