Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of network and computer security, ensuring compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Monitor cybersecurity requirements for LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and related network devices.
Perform security assessments of applications and systems using penetration and vulnerability testing and risk analysis.
Configure and install firewalls and intrusion detection systems, implement software fixes to remove vulnerabilities, and respond to cybersecurity-related incidents.
Investigate intrusion incidents, conduct forensic investigations, and contribute to the establishment and maintenance of the organization's information security tools, processes, and policies.
Work with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with security controls and policies and achieve a high level of security in the company's infrastructure and SaaS products/environments.
Identify and complete security engineering projects, define and implement security policies and controls, and ensure proper compliance using knowledge of virtualization technologies.
Implement and maintain effective identity and access management structures, manage cryptography and encryption of data, conduct penetration tests, provide security recommendations, and perform threat analysis, forensics, and remediation in response to security incidents.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering
Three (3) years of experience in job offered or three (3) years of IT and Network engineering experience
Or in alternative, will accept five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of IT and Network engineering experience
