Responsibilities
Collaborate with Safety, Recruiting, Compliance, Operations, and Accounts Payable teams to improve margin and processes.
Compile and analyze transactional financial and operations data from business intelligence and source systems to evaluate gaps in planned costs and efficiencies.
Collaborate with Safety and Operations to implement improvement strategies.
Provide consultative support to the business through data analyses and recommend efficiency improvements.
Assist with monthly reporting for ongoing projects and their performance.
Perform ad hoc analyses and project management as needed.

Required
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to identify opportunities to increase accuracy, optimize resources and develop, recommend, and implement solutions
Ability to drive action forward to achieve organizational goals
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
1 year of logistics or transportation experience
3 years of related work experience
Expert level user of Microsoft Office applications Excel, Outlook, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint
Proficiency with SQL
Preferred
Intermodal/drayage and/or Transportation Safety related experience
