Develop process designs for scale-up
Lead R&D team in design and execution for development
Lead process development projects and implement site capital projects
Organize and lead laboratory research and analysis
Adhere to all site EHS standards and practices

Required
BS in Chemical Engineering highly preferred – will consider other engineering degrees with background in chemical manufacturing
10+ years of experience in Process Development R&D/Process Design/Project Management in a chemical facility
Experience in scale-up processes
Preferred
Experience out of a PSM regulated facility is a plus
