Responsibilities

Administer common network platforms and technologies including Juniper, Cisco, Meraki, F5, Linux, AWS, etc.

Implement and support network tools such as syslog, radius, snmp, DNS, SSL certificate management

Operate independently in a secure datacenter without supervision

Provide proactive recommendations for improving Infrastructure Operations platform architecture and standards

Provide technical assessments and written documentation within projects

Required

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Network related certification desired. Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, Infoblox, Ubiquiti, Meraki and F5 experience highly preferred.

Demonstrated experience in both Linux and Windows Server environments required.

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to develop documentation, test, and implementation plans.

Ability to work independently or collaborate with team members, as required.

Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time.

Able to participate in an on-call situation and work limited nights or weekends if necessary.
