Responsibilities
Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying areas of concern or improvement, and proposing action plans to address them.
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses for senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Perform in-depth investigation into variances between actuals and budget/forecast and articulate those variances to management.
Develop and maintain financial models to support financial planning and analysis efforts, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information, validate data accuracy, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Participate in financial modeling for pricing, cost analysis, and other financial evaluations to support business decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes impacting financial performance and strategic initiatives.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools.

Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software applications
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings in a clear manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
Knowledge of financial accounting principles and financial statement analysis
Preferred
1+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, or related roles preferred
Proficiency in financial analysis techniques, including modeling, forecasting, budgeting, valuation, and due diligence is a plus
