Responsibilities
Create and manage multiple project timelines, budgets, and revenue goals
Direct and define project and study management activities for team members
Assist customers and collaborators in the implementation of new studies
Coordinate the development and implementation of new projects
Communicate with customers and collaborators on data management and inventory control
Produce and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports
Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings
Identify out of scope project work and escalate findings
Enforce GMP/GLP/ISO regulations and standards
Lead the development of proactive contingency plans to mitigate risk
Ensure quality control procedures are executed
Enforce standards applicable to each step in project execution
Identify, resolve, and assist in resolution of operational issues
Participate in functional and/or corporate initiatives
Monitor assignments and adjust priorities to meet deadlines
Source and make recommendations on new business opportunities

Required
Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g. engineering), plus a minimum of 5 years of project management experience; in some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role
Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications
Proven track record of coordination and communication with team members across disparate technical and business backgrounds such as R&D, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Executive Management, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs; ability to lead and drive stakeholder discussions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; exceptional emotional intelligence
Able to work in front of a computer for long hours at a time
Strong understanding of project management and data analysis
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional research and reporting skills
Extended work hours may be necessary in order to meet business demands
Excellent presentation skills
Exceptional use of judgment and discretion
Able to read, write, and fluently speak and comprehend the English language
Proven track record of being a team player, willing to interact proactively and productively
Must possess a valid driver's license; must be able to travel both domestically and internationally, including overnight stays (~10%)
Preferred
Biotechnology, repository, or pharmaceutical industry experience
Familiarity with GLP, GMP, CLIA, and ISO regulatory guidelines
