Responsibilities

Oversee the entire Dinners and Sauces marketing budget to ensure execution of annual plans while meeting financial targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, present learnings to leadership, and develop solutions based on in-market performance.
Lead business analytics, consumer insights, and industry trends analysis.
Manage organic social media strategy and brand assets for Rao’s Homemade and Michael Angelo’s.
Represent consumers' voice within the organization and play a key role in the Sovos Marketing function.
Bring positive energy to the Dinners & Sauces business unit and the organization.

Required

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Recent college graduates and/or 0-2 years of relevant work experience preferred; passion for marketing and brand building required
Financial competency in budget management, consumer and category insights, and cross-functional collaboration
Has a proven track record of delivering results, including innovative ideas and methods to drive winning marketplace & financial outcomes
Excellent project management skills and high attention to detail, including ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines, and prioritize against the most important business drivers
Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze situations and quickly develop options, outlining assumptions, trade-offs, & risks
A high-energy, passionate individual who leads by example and builds relationships on a foundation of trust & respect
Hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves approach to leadership and partnership in representing the consumer. Excellence in working with cross-functional team when needed to provide energy, ownership and involvement in major initiatives related to the products and brand with an adept ability to multi-task at all levels
An innate desire to hold themselves fully accountable for delivering results, with an internal fire to succeed. Can navigate, and even thrive, when faced with ambiguity
Ability to persuade, influence & inspire through both verbal and written communication
Comfortable being direct while forging strong relationships
