Responsibilities
Develop ownership of payments-related processes and collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance end-to-end delivery of payments.
Manage ongoing analysis and tasks related to payment operations including billing, reconciliation, and returns.
Research and resolve payment inquiries and exceptions, prioritizing customer needs.
Provide data analysis and reporting to drive payments business growth, improvement, and efficiency.
Drive efforts to operationalize and automate ongoing operational tasks.
Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the OEC payments business, products, and processes.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related discipline
At least 6 years of professional experience in data analysis, operations analysis and improvements, and/or customer service, including experience in financial services or fintech, credit/debit cards, or bank payment processing
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Able to effectively analyze, digest, and interpret large datasets
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to deal with extremely confidential and sensitive information
Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables
Flexible and adaptable approach to work and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change
Able to effectively work and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced and remote/hybrid work environment that has limited opportunities for in-person interactions
