Responsibilities

Analyze departmental reports and tools to identify opportunities for service, velocity, and cost savings.

Serve as the primary source of data to support Supply Chain projects, including RFQs for transportation.

Develop Carrier performance monitoring and reporting, financial analysis, and budget tracking.

Lead tactical and strategic initiatives across transportation modes and lanes.

Support projects by organizing data, providing insights, and recommendations for executive reviews.

Lead improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and drive actions across functional teams.

Use quality and lean thinking tools to identify improvement opportunities.

Required

4-year bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Finance or Supply Chain

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, financial acumen and organizational skills

Advanced competency in database tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions, etc.), Access and PowerPoint

Highly motivated, intellectual curiosity, strong leadership skills to drive actions and accountability across multiple functions teams and external partners

Adaptable to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Ability to identify problems and implement proactive problem solving to help achieve goals

Effective written and oral communication skills including experience in communicating upwards
