Responsibilities

Work with customer leadership to understand their IT challenges and design solutions.

Continually learn about new Broadcom solution functionality and disseminate knowledge.

Build relationships across customer's IT silos to understand infrastructure and challenges.

Identify and lead adoption strategy with key customers.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency across solutions.

Lead deployment, configuration, and integration of software in pilot and production capacity.

Automate workloads across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.

Required

Have a bachelor’s and 8+ years of related experience or master’s degree and 6+ years of experience in a technology or business related discipline.

Strong background with Broadcom Software’s Automation solutions including Automic Automation, Automic Automation Intelligence, AutoSys and ESP d-series or related competitive solution.

Eager and willing to understand our customers ‘why’

Skills necessary to shift customer from relationship to partnership

Ability to understand customer business problems and clearly formulate and articulate software solutions to solve those problems.

Ability to interact with business users to discuss and document business requirements, and then translate those requirements into a working application.

A broad understanding of business and IT management.

Strong presentation skills, including software demonstration skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
