15+ years of real-world expertise applying human-centered design practices to craft digital and mobile product experiences across all phases of development or similar applicable experience

Demonstrated leadership talents to manage, coach, and nurture high-caliber design teams so they can do their best work

Well-honed communication abilities to clearly translate design decisions and concepts across diverse stakeholders

Strong analytical skills to create data-backed solutions tailored to user needs that also drive business goals forward
