Responsibilities
Day to day management of online educational programming developed for health care providers, coordinating across internal and external teams
Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines for designated planned activities
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of program faculty and speakers
Work with PQ Health’s production team to ensure the virtual education environment meets accreditation and institutional requirements
Collaborate with PQ Health’s marketing team to ensure activity-specific marketing materials comply with internal, partner, and accreditation specifications
Lead postmortem meetings to provide insights into program challenges and successes
Prepare and distribute routine CME participant reports and other required program documentation to accreditation partners
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of professional experience, preferable in a project management capacity in the healthcare space
Ability to work as part of a team that owns multiple projects that involve various internal and external partners
Adaptable to a dynamic environment with frequently changing goals and deadlines
Proactively identify challenges and develop solutions
