Responsibilities
Develop design drawings that include floor plans, elevations, details, and schedules.
Use Bluebeam for markups between team members.
Implement quality assurance procedures during the design process.
Perform calculations for sizing, quantities, and placement of elements.
Review technical work for accuracy and collaborate with team members.
Review documents from clients and subcontractors, including technology standards and product spec sheets.
Perform submittal reviews and ensure timely responses to construction RFI’s.
Visit project locations during construction for field verification and coordination.
Attend various project meetings as required.
Qualification

Required
3-7 years’ experience working on Technology designs including but not limited to Low Voltage Cabling and Audio-Visual Systems.
Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, BIM Tools, Wi-Fi Modeling Software.
Working knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM360.
Proficient in developing details, schedules, and maintaining Revit families and libraries.
Preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be needed to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
A passion for working in a team-based environment to deliver solutions to clients.
Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple project deadlines.
Working knowledge of Bluebeam.
Proficient at working with clients and the architectural and MEP design teams.
