Responsibilities
Design and optimize AI/statistical models to align with business requirements as a crucial member of the Business Intelligence team.
Understand and analyze business needs, product nuances, sales channels, and promotional levers to inform model development.
Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and quality; identify and resolve anomalies through collaboration with the business.
Develop scalable machine learning pipelines, perform ETL processes, and configure AI product models.
Evaluate and analyze model outputs, create comprehensive reports on model performance, and engage in productive conversations with business stakeholders.
Address ongoing issues related to model performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
3+ years of applied machine learning experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
Proficiency in data visualization/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
Skilled in developing and deploying machine learning models, analytical problem-solving, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling.
Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture; experience with cloud infrastructures is a plus.
Expertise in evaluating model outputs and identifying improvement opportunities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication abilities.
Demonstrated work ethic, passion for learning, and commitment to development.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in teams.
