Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
Release, track, and verify all equipment for jobs.
Prepare estimates for projects that are currently out for bid.
Read all drawings/plans and select equipment best suited for the job prior to project initiation.
Track project shipment and billing.
Create billing cycles and submit warranty claims.
Communicate with internal and external staff regularly about projects and business information.
Act as the first point of contact for post-sale customer needs.
Demonstrate independent judgment in resolving customer project issues and troubleshooting.
File necessary documentation.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in related field is preferred.
Proven experience in project coordination.
Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.
Team player and willing to help others.
Strong work ethic.
Willingness to ask questions.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and can work independently.
