Responsibilities
Administer the DOMO platform, including creating user accounts and setting permissions, to ensure data is accessible and secure.
Develop clear visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using DOMO to illustrate and track key business metrics.
Perform data validation and cleaning to maintain the integrity of our datasets.
Employ analytical thinking to translate complex datasets into informative reports and visuals that clearly convey data-driven insights.
Model data warehouse schema (star-schema) for new datasets to enhance our analytical capabilities.
Modify and update DOMO datasets with new data from various systems like LOS, CRM, and our website to keep information current and relevant.
Connect data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence to help the company derive new insights from existing datasets.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the mortgage industry.
Proficient in using BI tools and systems, particularly DOMO, Power BI, and Tableau.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and external stakeholders.
Skilled in identifying the root causes of data anomalies and addressing data quality issues.
Familiarity with basic principles of accounting, finance, mathematics, and statistics.
