Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure data quality from raw inputs through processing and delivery of the compiled consumer file, including data vendor management.

Working with Engineering, automate existing ETL workflows for file creation.

Working with Product, evolve Annalect’s consumer behavioral data in accordance with user feedback and support the development of new features in the Omnicom marketing UI platform.

Evaluate new data sources for additive value to our existing array of consumer behavioral datasets; contribute informed opinions to strategic decision-making.

Innovate new data assets, from conceptualizing useful and interesting data attributes to developing methodologies and scripts to extract them.

Become an SME for all of our datasets and define best practices and support usage across a variety of use cases and user archetypes.

Supervise and support the growth of junior team members.

Required

4 to 6 years of experience with large-scale consumer datasets and audience analytics for marketing

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences or business/marketing related fields. Advanced quantitative degree is preferred

Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud database technology such as AWS

Experience with ETL pipeline automation, data evaluation, creation of datasets that power GUIs is preferred

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to understand and meet data needs of non-technical users

Ability to make well-reasoned decisions quickly and independently
