Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technology or BI Analyst, with a proven track record of successful technology integrations and data-driven solutions.

Deep expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), CRM systems (Salesforce), and familiarity with leading AI platforms (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Anthropic), and Project management tools: Click Up, Monday.com

Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and present findings in a clear, compelling manner.

Demonstrated project management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

A passion for technology and a relentless drive for continuous learning and self-improvement.

Prior experience in federal contracting or compliance-heavy environments is highly desirable.
