Responsibilities

Work closely with the Marketing Manager, other project managers, and the Marketing & Media team.

Coordinating meetings and all appropriate documentation.

Documenting and following up on necessary actions and decisions from meetings.

Managing project management documents such as scorecards, rocks, quarterly meeting notes, project plans, and schedules.

Budget preparation, management, and reconciliation.

Help maintain EOS' shared drive(s) of marketing content and collateral.

Manage projects and tasks in Asana to help keep deliverables on track.

Attend all Marketing & Media Team and Project Management Office (PMO) meetings.

Respond to marketing requests and provide support.

Collaborate with other EOS departments on projects and other duties as assigned.

Exemplifies EOS Core Values

1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, including a track record of effectively delivering projects and assignments in a fast-moving environment

Experience with cloud-based project management software (Asana, Monday, Trello)

Basic knowledge of marketing tools desired (WordPress, HubSpot, and Salesforce are all part of our tech stack)

A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing

Ability to work on many projects simultaneously with short timelines

Ability to set priorities and work independently with strong initiative

Must take initiative, ownership and accountability for deliverables and react quickly with a strong sense of urgency

Takes initiative to propose solutions and improve processes

Energetic, self-motivated with a positive attitude and sense of humor.

Expert at using digital tools like Google, Asana, Slack and email to communicate

Basic understanding of the marketing process and campaign planning principles

Experience working with an in-house or agency marketing team
