Responsibilities

Elicit, discover, model, and validate client decisions relating to strategic business processes and operations

Acquire and leverage a full set of business analysis skills, strategies, and best practices to meet project goals

Quickly learn new domains, present complex problems accurately, formulate proposals, and deliver models to requirements

Support deployment, integration, and post go-live implementation of solutions

Train client teams in methodology and tooling, provide coaching and mentoring during engagements

Required

Enjoyment of logic puzzles

Conceptual and logical data modeling

Advanced MS Excel experience

Experience with Analysis and Creative Problem Solving

Excellent written skills and ability to rapidly and succinctly present findings via MS PowerPoint

Experience developing and delivering training programs

Experience with project management tools and processes

Experience with Agile Development and working on an agile team

Experience with delivering IT support, help desk, or similar

Experience with database administration

Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

Majored in Math or Physics, also enjoy Liberal Arts and Information Sciences

Interest in trying consulting

Travel: 10% to 50% with ability to be flexible and available to travel on short notice
