Responsibilities
Update web content on internal and public facing government websites.
Work directly with customers to support content change needs.
Interpret, clarify, and complete web-related requests from customers.
Format various web-based publications.
Update web pages using HTML/CSS/JS and SharePoint/Drupal CMS.
Create/maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with web standards.
Perform Section 508 accessibility checks and remediation for website accessibility.
Qualification
Required
5 years of professional experience in graphic design and web development
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
SharePoint, ServiceNow
Customer Service
Quality Control
Experience working remotely and independently
Strong understanding web development best practices and ability to provide guidance and suggestions
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college in computer science or other closely related discipline.
Can Additional Years of Experience Substitute for Degree? Yes
Minimum Years of Overall Experience: 5
Minimum Years of Specific Experience in Field: 4
Minimum Clearance to Start: Public Trust
