Responsibilities
Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, coordinating scheduling needs and communicating changes effectively.
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming requests and issues, including sensitive and confidential matters, determining appropriate actions or responses.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, and handle reservations for air, hotel, and ground transportation.
Prepare expense reports with itemized receipts for events, dinners, and travel, ensuring timely submission.
Compose, type, and proofread correspondence, memos, and emails as requested.

Required
Demonstrated work experience supporting an Executive in a professional services organization.
Anticipatory and able to exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Willingness to adapt easily to new software and web-based tools for time and expense reporting.
