Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data and reporting requirements.
Lead initiatives to incorporate reporting requirements into the development of reports.
Collect, analyze, and interpret project management data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to develop meaningful reports and dashboards to visualize project performance metrics.
Evaluate existing project management systems and tools to assess their effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current systems and propose enhancements or alternative solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain reporting applications and dashboards, while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in applications.
Streamline project management processes and workflows to increase productivity and reduce errors.
Proactively identify risks and issues affecting project performance and provide timely recommendations for mitigation.
Participate in project meetings and discussions to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Other duties assigned.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence; Statistics, Applied Math, etc.) required.
Minimum of 3 years of business analytics and reporting experience.
Proven experience in project management data analysis, system evaluation, and process improvement.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, SmartSheets, Microsoft Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
