Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of lead acquisition tools, launch new product and vertical pages, and implement new brand identity across mobile and desktop platforms.

Research and discover opportunities for improving the user experience, ultimately leading to more marketing qualified leads and higher converting experiences.

Continuously improve website performance, technical tools, and processes for building and maintaining the website.

Develop, maintain, and evolve designs within style standards, ensuring a consistent user experience.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams, representing design at Podium and participating in feature prioritization and planning.

Articulate and represent Podium’s brand through interactive design and development, challenging existing design norms.

Required

Experience designing and implementing user interfaces and experiences.

Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, etc)

Experience building responsive user interfaces

Portfolio showcasing strong design foundations, such as typography, interaction design, or visual design.

Experience working in a technical, UX, or design organization working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders

Excellent facilitator comfortable leading teams through ideation, research, and ambiguity when defining new features.

Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to explain design decisions and rationale grounded in design and usability principles.

Solid design process with the ability to balance process against impact, understanding technical constraints, and balancing quality and speed.
