Responsibilities

Assist in implementing technology solutions by determining project requirements and communicating them clearly to stakeholders and software development team members.

Serve as the liaison between sales, operations, and technical development teams to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, and manage business needs.

Collaborate with customers, application developers, project management, and team members to understand business requirements and drive the analysis and design of quality business solutions.

Create and maintain project lifecycle documents, translate business needs into detailed requirements, and analyze change requests/enhancements in existing applications.

Manage project requirements to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal defects.

Provide assistance on defining application development project deliverables, assure compliance, assist with requirements testing, and verify that delivered application requirements meet customer needs.

Provide project status updates, business expertise for project and production activities, and participate as a subject matter expert for new strategic programs or initiatives impacting systems.

Required

5+ years experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), GitHub / GitLab, Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Technical Writing

Experience in project management-related activities

Must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to execute on deadlines in a high-pressure environment

Demonstrate the ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation

High level of written/oral communication

Experience in group and/or management presentations

Understanding and/or experience with software/web development

Preferred

Technical proficiency in SQL, Salesforce, and database management

Bachelor of Science degree and/or relevant work experience
