Responsibilities

Support the expansion of the SMC sales channel operational engine

Work on ongoing processes to scale SMC wide initiatives

Contribute to operating models for strategic goal delivery

Partner to create roadmaps, project plans, and reporting methodologies

Design optimized workflows and processes for functional teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

Evolve SMC business unit operational metrics for process improvements

Define operational solutions development with Sales Ops

Participate in time-critical projects with a strategic approach

Required

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

5+ years experience program management

Preferred

Proven track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment working with stakeholders across corporate functions

A detail-oriented individual with business acumen, and the ability to influence and communicate within all levels of the organization

Demonstrated organizational, project management and execution skills with experience working on cross-functional projects.

Excellent problem-solving, structuring, analyzing, and strategy skills with ability to translate analysis into actionable plans.

Ability to communicate effectively as a change agent, influencing leadership, product, marketing, and team members to take new actions and shift the daily behaviors of a team

Experience or familiarity with delivering programs through outsourced vendor partners

Experience with Sales Processes and KPI Reporting

A team player who’s willing to get their hands dirty and help where needed
