Responsibilities
Prepare payroll for 1099 and W2 contractors, ensuring compliant payments
Resolve issues related to invoice errors, time and expense entry, payroll processing, and overpayments
Provide reporting, analysis, and reconciliations for payment-related items
Guide Client Care teams by managing Zendesk tickets for error correction and communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Accounting, Finance, or another related field)
1-3 years of experience working in a professional office environment including roles in either operations, finance, banking, or administration
Ability to collect and analyze large amounts of data
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to determine multiple viable solutions
Strong operational and organizational skills with a great attention to detail
Good time management skills with a high degree of responsiveness and sense of urgency
Comfortable with multitasking and prioritization
Strong communication skills when collaborating with different departments and stakeholders
Experience using Vendor Management Systems
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
Familiar with Payroll compliance and best practices
