Responsibilities
Understand Oracle’s strategic and competitive position to deliver a product aligning with strategic goals.
Develop and implement product and customer lifecycle strategies to enhance user experience and drive product growth.
Take ownership of key projects for platform design, development, and utilization.
Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
Identify customer needs, conduct market research, and monitor market trends.
Recommend, specify, design, and implement major changes to existing software architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Act as a product advisor to senior leadership and internal teams.
Support team growth and development, lead matrixed working groups, and drive product initiatives.
Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements.
Define and analyze metrics for product success and efficiency improvement.
Communicate user feedback to internal functions and promote new features effectively.
Qualification
Required
Strong well-rounded technical background, and product design and development experience with cloud-based technologies with a particular focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle applications
Demonstrable legacy of 'leading by influence', exceptional team player and strong communicator (written and verbal), and history of leading activities within large-scale projects end-to-end
Minimum of 5 years of Product Management, Product Design, Consulting or Software delivery experience in a consumer-focused technology company
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Inside Customer or Customer-facing experience within a SaaS environment
Knowledge of Oracle cloud infrastructure, business intelligence, and/or other applications
Strong technical background with significant hands-on experience throughout the software development lifecycle
Proven track record to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
Experience with building, analyzing and interpreting customer data to influence collaborator decisions
Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
Experience providing insights, building relationships with, and driving value to C-Level
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across various lines of business
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Support, Revenue Ops)
Experience working within an Agile environment
Experience driving product or service adoption to a geographically-distributed target audience
Strong executive communication skills and presence
Excellent project management and team management skills
Strong negotiating and influence skills. Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
Experience building 1-2 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience
Preferred
Highly self-motivated to work on tasks independently, while working in a fast-paced environment

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
